Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), new rules on Data Protection have come into law since May 2018. Because of these new regulations, Oide is required to ensure that all data is fairly obtained and processed. All data is stored on a central database managed by DataBiz Solutions on behalf of Oide. The main purpose for which Oide collects this data is to support the ongoing development and provision of professional learning for post-primary school leaders and teachers.
